The role
As IT Support Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
*supporting internal customers with IT requests, managing / updating tickets
*troubleshooting day to day software, hardware and connectivity issues
*setting up computers, mobile devices and software
*escalating complex issues to senior members of the team
*maintaining records and documentations, as well as ensuring that IT equipment is stored/dispatched in efficiently
About you
Applicants for the IT Support Technician role will have:
*excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills with a friendly and helpful approach
*strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset suited to troubleshooting / fault finding
*familiarity (and ideally hands-on/office experience) with Windows 11, M365, Active Directory, Entra ID, cyber security, general networking
*flexibility and willingness to work in an office based environment, and a valid driving licence for occasional travel to other sites
