*Ensuring robust capital governance, financial management, risk management and programme reporting.
*Leading meaningful engagement with residents and communities throughout the regeneration process.
*Advising and reporting to elected Members, senior officers and key partners.
*Working closely with Housing Management, Asset Management and other Council services to ensure effective cross-Council delivery and handover.
*Developing strategic partnerships and maximising external funding and investment opportunities.
*Acting as a key point of contact for developers, investors and strategic partners interested in investing in the borough.
*Working with organisations including the GLA and Cabinet Office to maximise funding opportunities.
*Proactively shaping inward investment to align with Council priorities and maximise opportunities for local people.
*Developing strategic business cases, Project Initiation Documents and delivery plans.
*Identifying and managing financial, procurement, commercial and contractual risks.
*Leading and developing a high-performing team and promoting a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.
*Deputising for the Director of Regeneration & Development when required.
