Description
*Prepare timely management accounts to give the business a clear view of financial performance.
*Maintain accurate accounting records and investigate any variances to improve reporting quality.
*Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts, helping teams plan with reliable financial data.
*Analyse income and costs, highlighting key trends and areas that need attention.
*Prepare regular financial reports for internal stakeholders in a clear, accessible format.
*Reconcile financial information to ensure figures are complete and accurate.
*Work with colleagues across the business to gather information needed for reporting and planning.
Profile
A successful ’Management Accountant’ should have:
*Experience preparing management accounts and regular financial reports.
*Strong accounting knowledge, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
*Experience of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
*Confidence analysing financial data and explaining findings clearly.
*Good attention to detail when reconciling and reviewing financial information.
Job Offer
*Temporary Management Accountant role based in Maidenhead.
*Hourly pay of £23 to £28, dependent on the level of experience.
