Senior People Partner – Bedford – £52,500–£55,000 + 12% Pension

About the role
We’re delighted to be partnering with a well-established, values-led organisation to recruit an experienced Senior People Partner. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape key decisions, build capability across the business and lead through complexity.
You’ll lead a team of People Partners, setting clear expectations and developing a confident, capable and consistent partnering service that the business can rely on.
What you’ll be doing
*Leading, coaching and developing a team of People Partners
*Setting clear standards and building consistency and shared accountability across the team
*Allocating work, managing capacity and ensuring a high-quality partnering service
*Translating business priorities into strategic people and workforce plans
*Leading complex employee relations, change and consultation activity
*Using workforce insight and sound judgement to influence senior decision-making
What we’re looking for
*Significant experience of successfully managing and developing a team
*A track record of building capability through coaching, feedback and clear expectations
*Confidence managing performance, priorities and competing demands
*Strong strategic people partnering experience
*The ability to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders
*Experience leading complex people matters and organisational change
