We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and hands-on Personal & Lifestyle Assistant to support a Single Family Office, providing day-to-day assistance to the office and family.
Working in a fast-paced, international environment, you will combine administrative support, lifestyle research and practical assistance. You should be equally comfortable organising travel, sourcing services, coordinating appointments and running everyday errands.
The Role:
*Coordinate calendars, appointments, travel arrangements and bookings.
*Research and source services, products and experiences, preparing clear recommendations when needed.
*Assist with personal projects, events and requests, liaising with suppliers and service providers.
*Provide practical support to the office and family, including shopping, collections, deliveries and driving when required.
*Follow up on ongoing tasks to ensure requests are completed accurately and on time.
About You:
You are discreet, reliable and resourceful, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
You enjoy a varied role, take initiative and are comfortable handling both administrative work and practical everyday tasks.
*Fluent English, both written and spoken; Russian and/or Ukrainian would be a strong advantage.
*Valid driving licence permitting driving in the UK, with practical experience and confidence driving right-hand-drive vehicles on the left-hand side of the road.
*Legal right to work in the UK, with any necessary permissions valid for this role in London.
*Confident using Microsoft Office and conducting online research.
*Previous experience in personal assistance, family office support, hospitality, luxury services or travel would be an advantage.
