MFL Teacher (French & Spanish) (Full-Time, Permanent)

Salary: £32,916 - £51,048 per annum (FTE)

We are supporting the school in recruiting a passionate and dedicated MFL Teacher (French & Spanish) to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis from January.

The Role
As an MFL Teacher, you will:
*Deliver engaging and inspiring French and Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
*Plan, prepare and assess student work to support progress and attainment
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
*Develop students’ confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing in both languages
*Encourage an appreciation of different cultures and global perspectives
*Contribute to the wider life of the school and MFL department
The Ideal Candidate
The school would ideally like to appoint a teacher who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). However, they are also keen to hear from candidates who may not hold QTS but have significant UK secondary MFL teaching experience and a strong track record of delivering high-quality lessons and positive student outcomes.
You will have:
*Experience teaching French and Spanish within UK secondary schools
*Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*A passion for languages and education
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*The ability to motivate, challenge and inspire students of all abilities
