An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a prestigious, long-established law firm in the heart of Harrogate.
Joining an established and highly regarded Property team, you will manage a varied, high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, alongside some residential property work.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, alongside some residential matters
*Handling acquisitions, disposals, freehold and leasehold transactions
*Advising an established client base of developers, investors, landlords and businesses
*Building client relationships and contributing to the department’s continued growth
The Ideal Candidate
*Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Commercial/ Residential Property
*Strong experience across freehold and leasehold transactions
*Confident managing your own caseload independently
*Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
*Ambitious and keen to develop your career within an established firm
