What You’ll Be Doing
*Managing residential sales, purchases and remortgages
*Handling freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion
*Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents and referrers
*Supporting colleagues and contributing to the team’s continued success
About You
*Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 2+ years’ PQE or equivalent experience
*Strong residential conveyancing experience
*Confident managing your own caseload independently
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Proactive, organised and commercially minded
