Science Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Salary: £32,916 - £51,048 per annum (FTE)

The Role
As a Science Teacher, you will:
*Deliver engaging and inspiring Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
*Plan, prepare and assess student work to support progress and attainment
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
*Develop students’ scientific knowledge, practical skills and curiosity about the world around them
*Contribute to the wider life of the school and Science department
The Ideal Candidate
The school would ideally like to appoint a teacher who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). However, they are also keen to hear from candidates who may not hold QTS but have significant UK secondary Science teaching experience and a strong track record of delivering excellent lessons and student outcomes.
You will have:
*Experience teaching Science within UK secondary schools
*Strong classroom management skills
*A genuine passion for Science and education
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*The ability to challenge, motivate and inspire students of all abilities
