The role can be based in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, or Glasgow.

Your new role
As an International Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you’ll advise a varied portfolio of large and complex clients, including UK-listed, private equity-backed, inbound, and family-owned groups.
You’ll take the lead on challenging international tax projects covering BEPS Pillar 2, tax structuring, refinancing, legal structure optimisation, reorganisations, and international expansion, as well as supporting clients with tax authority enquiries and other complex technical matters.
Alongside client delivery, you’ll build strong relationships, identify opportunities for further advisory work, and contribute to proposals and pitches.
