The Role
The Event Guest / Delegate Manager is a permanent, predominantly desk-based role sitting at the heart of a busy production team, managing the client-facing and logistical detail that turns a creative concept into a seamlessly delivered event.
- Managing guest and delegate logistics across a varied event programme
- Acting as a key client contact throughout the event lifecycle
- Collaborating with in-house design, production and entertainment teams
- Attending site surveys and client meetings as required
- Coordinating suppliers and managing relevant production budgets
- Solving problems quickly and keeping delivery on track under pressure
The Candidate
The right Event Guest / Delegate Manager will have a solid background in event production or guest management, with hands-on experience handling demanding, detail-focused clients and delivering events where the standard expected is consistently high. You are comfortable working at pace, juggling multiple workstreams, and finding solutions when things don’t go to plan.
A background in the luxury or private events sector is beneficial but not essential. The strongest candidates for this Event Guest / Delegate Manager position bring a genuine delivery focus, stay calm under pressure, and know how to manage client relationships where expectations are exacting.
