English Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Location: Village setting, Cambridgeshire

Salary: £32,916 - £51,048 per annum (FTE)

The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
*Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
*Plan, prepare and assess student work to support progress and attainment
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
*Help develop students’ confidence, literacy skills and love of English
*Contribute to the wider life of the school and English department
The Ideal Candidate
The school would ideally like to appoint a teacher who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). However, they are also keen to hear from candidates who may not hold QTS but have significant UK secondary English teaching experience and a strong track record of delivering excellent lessons and student outcomes.
You will have:
*Experience teaching English within UK secondary schools
*Strong classroom management skills
*A genuine passion for English and education
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*The ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities
