Full job descriptionA leading headhunting firm based in Birmingham is seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant to join its team. You will provide 360 recruitment within the Engineering/Technical Sales/Construction/Executive Search Industry.

You will be responsible for engaging in Business Development within the North American and/or European market. (USA experience preferred but not required). Your primary focus will be on sales, but you will also collaborate with the recruiter team to ensure they can fill clients’ positions as efficiently as possible.

This is a full-time, office-based role, but hybrid options are also available. Any candidates outside Birmingham are welcome to apply. This would be work from home on the American market only.

As Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
*Utilising various sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates for clients’ positions.
*Screening and interviewing potential candidates to determine their qualifications and suitability for the role.
*Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and external clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
*Writing compelling job ads to attract top talent.
*Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including making job offers and negotiating salary packages.
*Staying up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to ensure you are providing the best possible service.
What we’re looking for in a Recruitment Consultant:
*At least 1 year of experience in sales or recruitment with a proven track record
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*The motivation and determination to succeed in a sales environment.
*Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively when it comes to finding and attracting top talent.
