*Record financial transactions accurately to keep bookkeeping records up to date.
*Maintain organised records that support clear day-to-day financial information.
*Check entries for accuracy and resolve straightforward discrepancies.
*Process routine bookkeeping activity in a timely and consistent way.
*Keep supporting documents well filed and easy to retrieve.
*Prepare information for the accounting and finance team when needed.

Profile
A successful ’Bookkeeper’ should have:
*Practical experience of maintaining accurate bookkeeping records.
*Confidence recording financial transactions and checking data carefully.
*Ability to organise financial documents and supporting information.
*Experience identifying and resolving routine record discrepancies.
*Ability to manage regular bookkeeping tasks to agreed deadlines.
*Clear understanding of day-to-day accounting and finance processes.
