Corporate Commercial Solicitor — Position Overview:

*Manage a varied caseload of corporate commercial matters
*Advise across share agreements, contracts and terms and conditions
*Act as an extension of clients’ businesses, providing practical, commercial advice
*Hybrid working based out of the firm’s Mayfair office
*Genuine opportunities for development and progression
Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Commercial Solicitor:

*Acting as an extension of clients’ businesses, providing practical, commercial advice aligned with their needs and objectives
*Handling all aspects of corporate transactions for a broad range of clients across different sectors
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents, including share agreements, contracts and terms and conditions
*Managing transactional work from instruction through to completion
*Taking ownership of service levels and proactively developing and growing client relationships
*Supervising and supporting junior solicitors and trainees where required
*Liaising with other departments on due diligence and undertaking business development activities
Requirements of the Corporate Commercial Solicitor:

*Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE
*Solid corporate commercial experience, particularly across share agreements, contracts and terms and conditions
*Technically strong with excellent attention to detail
*Commercially aware, with the ability to provide pragmatic advice
*Strong communication and client relationship skills
*A proactive, ambitious approach and the drive to develop
