Are you an organised and proactive transport professional looking for your next challenge? We are currently recruiting for experienced Traffic Operators to join a busy and fast-paced transport operation.
We have opportunities available on both day and night shifts:
Available Shifts
Option A - Day Traffic Operator
*Monday to Friday or
*4 on, 4 off day shift pattern
Option B - Night Traffic Operator
*Monday to Friday nights
Key Responsibilities
*Planning and coordinating daily transport operations
*Managing driver schedules and vehicle allocations
*Monitoring vehicle movements and responding to operational issues
*Ensuring compliance with driver hours, WTD, and transport legislation
*Communicating effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
*Managing route planning and maximising fleet efficiency
*Updating transport management systems and maintaining accurate records
*Providing excellent customer service and problem-solving support
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in a transport, traffic, or logistics planning role
*Strong geographical knowledge and route planning skills
*Excellent communication and organisational abilities
*Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
*Good IT skills and experience using transport management systems
*Knowledge of transport compliance and driver regulations is advantageous
