The Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, you will play a key role in keeping our high-tech Lincoln manufacturing facility operating safely and smoothly. You’ll work alongside a supportive multi-skilled engineering team, tackling everything from reactive breakdown repairs to planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and site-wide energy efficiency upgrades.


Key Responsibilities:

*Fault Diagnosis & Repair: Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns across plant equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.

*Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine PPM tasks on electrical systems, M&E installations, and production equipment.

*Site Upgrades & Projects: Lead and assist with electrical installations, lighting upgrades, and continuous improvement projects across the site.

*Compliance & Safety: Maintain high standard health and safety practices, completing test, inspection, and certification tasks where qualified.



What We Are Looking For


Essential Qualifications & Skills:*NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent recognized electrical qualification).

*18th Edition Wiring Regulations (City & Guilds 2382).

*Proven hands-on experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or heavy commercial environment.

*Good working knowledge of M&E installations and planned preventative maintenance systems.

*Strong safety focus and proactive problem-solving mindset.



Desirable:*City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395) Inspection & Testing certification.
