£75,000 - £80,000
We are seeking an experienced HR leader to head up HR partnering while driving HR excellence, governance and continuous improvement across the wider organisation.
Reporting into the senior HR leadership team, you will partner with leaders to deliver people strategies, support organisational change, lead key HR programmes and enhance HR service delivery. You’ll also be responsible for improving HR processes, systems and ways of working, ensuring an efficient and high-quality employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as the senior HR Business Partner for the business with circa 2,000 employees
*Lead organisational change, workforce planning, talent and engagement initiatives.
*Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, systems and services.
*Oversee key annual HR programmes, including performance, pay and employee engagement cycles.
*Lead HR governance and compliance activities.
*Support business acquisitions and integration projects from a people perspective.
*Develop and lead the HR Administration team
*Use data and insights to inform decision-making and shape HR priorities.

*Experience improving HR operations, processes and systems.
*Commercially minded with a focus on delivering business impact.
