£30,000 base salary – £55-£58,000 OTE

Are you an experienced Sales Manager with at least four years’ territory-based field sales experience in industrial tooling, power tools or machinery?
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a Southern UK sales territory for a specialist industrial equipment business. You’ll have the autonomy to develop new business, grow existing accounts and build strong relationships with customers and distributors.
You’ll also demonstrate a range of specialist machinery and represent the business at exhibitions and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and grow the Southern sales territory to achieve agreed targets.
*Identify and develop new business opportunities across the region.
*Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and distributors.
*Generate sales through direct customer engagement and distribution partners.
*Demonstrate industrial tooling and machinery to prospective customers.
*Identify opportunities to increase sales across the product range.
*Represent the business at exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.
Skills & Experience Required
*At least four years’ territory-based field sales experience.
*Full UK driving licence
*Background in industrial tooling, power tools or industrial machinery sales.
*Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
*Experience managing a sales territory and working towards targets.
*Confident presenting and demonstrating technical products.
*Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
*Ability to work independently in a home-based role.
*Willingness to travel throughout the Southern UK territory and attend industry events.
