Full job descriptionDue to a recent promotion, our client is recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller. This company have had amazing growth over the past 10 years and are looking for a candidate who has a real passion and love for credit control to join their busy team.
Duties include:
*Chasing overdue customer accounts vis phone and email
*Identify high-risk or slow-paying customers and escalate where appropriate.
*Daily input of payments
*Raising credits and invoices in a timely manner
*Managing and reconciling statements and daily monitoring of the transaction report to ensure all sales and refunds are captured
*Offering assistance and support to the sales department to ensure smooth running of sales ledger accounts.
*Ensuring month end statements are sent to all credit customers
*Monitoring credit accounts online with credit insurance policy
*Perform credit checks and due diligence for all new accounts
*Work closely with sales and customer services to resolve invoicing and account issues
*Credit card reconciliations
You must be a strong and confident communicator who enjoys working in a target driven, busy environment. You need to be used to working to tight deadlines and be able to multitask. You should also be a good IT user, specifically Excel.
