Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a friendly, welcoming organisation based in Birmingham City Centre. This role offers the opportunity to support the coordination and delivery of training opportunities while providing essential administrative support to a busy team.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being organised, communicating with a variety of people and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. No two days will be the same, with responsibilities ranging from registering candidates and supporting them through the onboarding process to liaising with external stakeholders and coordinating meetings and training activities.
TheRole
You will play an important part in the smooth running of day-to-day operations, providing administrative and coordination support across a range of training activities. Responsibilities will include registering candidates, gathering and updating information, supporting the onboarding process, scheduling meetings, organising meeting rooms and assisting with the coordination of training opportunities.
You will also communicate with candidates, colleagues and external stakeholders, respond to enquiries and take on ad hoc administrative tasks as required. This is a varied position where being organised, approachable and proactive will make a real difference.
