We’re recruiting a team of Customer Service Advisors for an exciting temporary assignment starting next week.
This is an initial 4-week booking, although there is potential for the assignment to be extended for the right people.
What we’re looking for:
*Previous customer service, contact centre or call centre experience
*Confident and professional telephone manner
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Comfortable handling a high volume of customer enquiries
*Ability to learn new systems quickly
*Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers
The role:
*Handling inbound customer enquiries
*Resolving account and service-related queries
*Providing an excellent customer experience
*Updating customer records accurately
*Working as part of a supportive team
