Full job descriptionWe are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a Milton Keynes based business, in a temporary capacity. Ideally, a second language skill would preferred .
Location: Milton Keynes, fully office based role.
Contract Type: Temporary - 2 months, however, could be extended.
Working Hours: 08:00am - 16:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Start Date: ASAP.
Overview:
* Working as part of the Customer Services Team, within Supply Chain, you will manage the receipt of customer orders and progress completion through the order fulfilment cycle, whilst providing support to other areas of the business.
Duties:
* Receive, verify accuracy and enter customer orders, liaise with Planning and confirm delivery dates with customers.
* Manage customer enquiries across Europe, resolve queries, source and provide information.
* Interrogate data systems and generate reports for management reporting.
* Take ownership of your orders, monitor ongoing tasks and champion your OTIF completion.
* Track order progress and analyse data.
* Work closely with Supply Chain Departments to provide daily support and absence cover when required.
Skills Required:
* Experience of dealing with B2B customers, within an office based role.
* Fluency in English and ideally Italian (Preferred, not essential). Another western European language would be advantageous.
* Microsoft package skills.
* Excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills.
* Export experience would be advantageous.
* Eager learner, adaptable to customer needs and a real team player.
