Description
*Partner with business leaders to provide clear financial insight that supports day-to-day and longer-term decisions.
*Provide robust commercial insight and influence decision-making across the business.
*Drive accountability throughout the organisation and ensure decisions are focused on value creation.
*Work collaboratively with commercial teams on contract performance, contract costing and profitability improvement initiatives.
*Lead financial planning conversations, ensuring key assumptions and priorities are understood across the business.
*Challenge financial assumptions constructively to improve the quality of commercial decisions.
*Present financial findings to senior stakeholders in a concise and accessible format.
*Identify areas where financial processes and reporting can be improved to support better decision-making.
Profile


*Qualified Accountant- ACA/ACCA/CIMA
*Strong finance business partnering capability, with the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders.
*Ability to deliver change, improving performance and creating tangible commercial value.
*The ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
*Sound commercial judgement and the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
*Strong analytical skills, with a practical approach to resolving financial issues.

Job Offer
*Permanent Senior Finance Business Partner position based in Birmingham.
*Salary of £100,000 to £120,000 dependent on the level of experience.
