Full job descriptionAn established IFA firm in Surrey is looking for a Junior Financial Adviser to join its team, offering the opportunity to develop your advisory career, work with an existing bank of clients and build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities *Work with an existing client bank, supporting ongoing financial planning needs.
*Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
*Support client meetings, financial reviews and the preparation of recommendations.
*Assist with financial planning research, suitability reports and recommendations.
*Gradually develop your advisory skills and take on greater responsibility for clients.
*Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
About You *Experience within an IFA or wealth management environment.
*Experienced and confident writing reports
*Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
