*Planning, managing and monitoring building work so it complies with Building Regulations
*Leading regulatory governance and compliance on Higher Risk Building projects
*Making sure Building Safety Act duties are met and evidenced throughout delivery
*Working with the design team, client and Building Safety Regulator as needed
What you’ll need

*At least one previous appointment as a Building Regulations Principal Contractor
*Experience as a named dutyholder
*Strong Building Safety Act knowledge and hands-on experience
*Higher Risk Building (HRB) experience
*A track record of leading regulatory governance and compliance
Who this suitsThe client is open on sector background. It could suit dutyholders from:
*Tier one contractors
*Major consultancies
*NHS Estates teams
*Local Authority property teams
*Regulated infrastructure programmes
Why apply?
*A rate that reflects how specialist this role is
*A high-profile, accountable position in a fast-growing, regulated area of construction
*The chance to lead on compliance where your expertise really counts
