A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm as part of a genuine Head of Department succession plan.
This role offers the chance to step into a senior position within a successful Private Client team, with a clear pathway to eventually lead the department. You’ll handle a quality caseload while playing an increasingly important role in the team’s future growth and direction.
The Role:
Manage a small team and a varied caseload of: Wills, Probate & Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Court of Protection matters (where appropriate)
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support business development activities
Mentor junior team members
Contribute to the future development of the department
About You:
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
3+ years PQE in Private Client matters
Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a caseload independently
Ambitious and interested in future leadership opportunities
Excellent client care and communication skills
