Cygnet Wast Hills provides dedicated, person-centred support to men with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs in a robust environment.

We are looking for a confident Head Housekeeper with a passion for making a difference to others.

You will be working 40 Hours a week, Monday to Friday 08.00am - 16.00pm or 09.00am - 17.00pm (can be flexible with either timings) Including weekends.

Your day-to-day…

*Manage Team AL/sickness reporting
*Conduct Return to work Interviews (Reporting to management)
*Complete rotas for the team
*Provide a general housekeeping service & ensure the site maintains a high level of cleanliness
*Conduct regular staff supervision & annual appraisals
*Carry out daily & weekly cleaning regimes & monitor stock & equipment
*Employ safe working practices & adhere to health & safety procedures
*Comply with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations
*Monitor & audit the level of service provided against the agreed standards and complete stock orders and deliveries.

You have...

*Previous supervisory experience
*COSHH & Health & Safety training
*Experience in housekeeping or domestic work i
n care/hospital setting
*A friendly, conscientious & positive attitude
*Good communication skills
*The ability to maintain confidential information.
