Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Deputy General Manager on behalf of a leading hospitality brand in Paignton regions.

Key responsibilities:
*Support and develop the management team.
*Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
*Manage KPIs, labour costs, and productivity.
*Maintain high standards of customer service.
*Ensure Health & Safety and company compliance.
*Analyse performance and implement improvements.
*Support recruitment, training, and people development.
*Step up and lead the operation in the General Manager’s absence.
About you:
You’ll currently be working as a Deputy General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Manager within:
*Restaurants
*Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
*Hospitality
*Food Retail
*Convenience Retail
