Full job descriptionWe are working with an excellent well established company based near Trafford who are looking for an experienced Accounts professional to join their friendly supportive team.
Reporting to the Directors, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys real ownership managing of all accounts operations and processes whether your an experienced Accounts Manager or someone who is ready for that new step in a new role.
*Ledger management - Purchase & Sales
*Processing weekly payroll
*VAT Returns
*Bank and nominal ledger reconciliations
*HMRC preparation
*Assisting the external accountants with month end and year end closes
*Invoice and statement posting
*Ensuring all finance records are up to date and accurate
*Credit control
*CIS - Supplier and subcontractor payment runs
*Posting company expenses / posting credit card receipts
*Managing costs for general office supplies
*Any adhoc duties
Person specification
*Strong knowledge of transnational accounts purchase and sales ledgers
*Experience with CIS - dealing with subcontractors is extremely desirable
*Excellent attention to detail
*Strong excel skills
