I’m currently working on an exciting opportunity with a growing Lloyd’s managing agency for an experienced underwriting oversight professional.

The position will play a key role in supporting the onboarding of new syndicates, maintaining underwriting governance frameworks and ensuring effective oversight across the business.

Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the onboarding of new syndicates and implementing underwriting frameworks.
* Conducting underwriting file reviews and monitoring performance.
* Maintaining underwriting policies, procedures and controls.
* Overseeing audit actions, regulatory requirements and Lloyd’s reporting.
* Working closely with senior underwriting leadership and syndicate management teams.

I’m keen to speak with individuals who have strong Lloyd’s market experience, particularly across underwriting governance, delegated authority and Lloyd’s Principles for Doing Business.

The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, involvement in new syndicate onboarding and the opportunity to contribute to a growing managing agency.
