The Opportunity
Our client, a highly regarded Legal 500 and Chambers-listed law firm, is looking to recruit a Senior Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its established team in Reading.
This is an excellent opportunity to handle a high-quality caseload within a supportive department, with genuine scope to take on greater responsibility and progress towards a future leadership role.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of Private Client matters, including:
*Wills, LPAs and estate planning
*Probate and complex estate administration
*Inheritance Tax planning
*Trust creation and administration
*Elderly client matters and Court of Protection
*Trust and estate disputes
You will also lead client relationships and contribute to the continued development of the department.
About You
*5+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
*Strong technical experience across Wills, probate, trusts and estate planning
*Experience handling complex estates and inheritance tax matters
*Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills
*STEP qualified or working towards STEP would be advantageous
