*Basic salary of £75,000+, potentially higher for an exceptional candidate.
*On-target earnings of circa £150,000 per annum, achievable through commission, performance-related bonuses and additional incentives.
*Opportunity to benefit financially from servicing and developing an established portfolio of clients.
*Excellent long-term earning potential and career progression.
The Role
Working closely with experienced financial planners and senior management, you will play an important role in delivering comprehensive financial planning and wealth management solutions.
You will have exposure to an established client portfolio and be involved in sophisticated financial planning across pensions, investments, retirement planning, protection and estate planning.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Producing comprehensive, technically accurate suitability reports and financial planning recommendations.
*Undertaking detailed pension, investment, platform and product research.
*Preparing cash-flow forecasts and financial planning models.
*Supporting retirement income, drawdown, inheritance tax and estate planning strategies.

*Working closely with senior financial planners and contributing to the ongoing management and development of established client relationships.
*Ensuring all recommendations and documentation meet FCA regulatory and compliance requirements.
*Providing exceptional technical support and maintaining consistently high standards of client service.
About You
We are seeking an experienced, commercially aware and technically accomplished financial planning professional who offers:
*Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, or recognised equivalent — essential.
*Significant relevant experience within independent financial planning, wealth management or an IFA environment.
*Excellent technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax-efficient planning and retirement solutions.
*Strong report-writing, research, analytical and cash-flow modelling capabilities.
*The professional maturity, confidence and judgement to manage complex work independently.
*Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to outstanding client outcomes.
*Chartered status or further professional qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
Why Consider This Opportunity?

It offers the chance to join a respected, privately owned wealth management business, work with an established client base and enjoy a genuinely attractive financial package.
With a £75,000+ basic salary and potential total earnings of approximately £150,000, this represents a compelling opportunity for a seasoned professional seeking greater recognition, responsibility and financial reward.
