Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next opportunity within elderly care?

We’re working with an established nursing home in Suffolk who are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the service and ensure the continued delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Home Manager who is confident overseeing the day-to-day operation of a nursing home, leading and developing a team, and maintaining strong standards across care, compliance and quality.

As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the home, ensuring residents receive safe, effective and person-centred care while maintaining excellent standards throughout the service.

We’re looking for someone who has already worked at management level within a nursing home or elderly care setting.

You will ideally have:
*Previous experience as a Registered Manager / Home Manager within a nursing home
*A strong background in elderly care
*Proven experience leading and managing nursing and care teams
*Strong knowledge of CQC, safeguarding, governance and compliance
*Experience overseeing care plans, medication, audits and risk assessments
*A good understanding of occupancy, staffing and the overall operational running of a care home
*Strong leadership and people-management skills
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Previous Home Manager-level experience within a nursing home is essential for this position. We’re looking for someone who can confidently take overall responsibility for the service, support and develop the team, and maintain high standards of care and compliance.
