An established, whole-of-market Mortgage & Protection firm is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and client-focused adviser looking to benefit from a strong lead generation network, established introducer relationships, hybrid working, administrative support, and clear earnings potential. The business has been operating successfully for over two decades and has built an outstanding reputation for customer service and client retention.
The Opportunity
The successful Mortgage Adviser will take responsibility for an established area supported by a well-known estate agency introducer network. There is an expectation that the successful candidate will spend time within the estate agency offices each week to maximise opportunities, build relationships, and nurture lead generation.
The business provides a regular flow of enquiries including:
*Estate agency-generated leads
*Client recommendations
*Existing client remortgage opportunities
*Repeat business from established introducer relationships
*Ongoing opportunities generated through the company’s marketing and referral network
While having an existing client bank would be advantageous, it is not essential. Individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to generate business proactively will be well supported from day one.
Candidate Requirements
Applications are invited from experienced Mortgage Adviser professionals with a minimum of 2-3 years’ advisory experience.
Candidates with slightly less advisory experience may also be considered if they can demonstrate a strong background within mortgage administration, paraplanning, or a similar financial services role.
The ideal applicant will have:
*CeMAP or equivalent qualification
*A proven track record in mortgage and protection advice
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Experience working with estate agency introducers or estate agency financial services environments
*The ability to manage their own pipeline effectively
*A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle

Working Pattern
The role follows a Monday to Friday working week, typically between 9:00am and 6:00pm. Hybrid working is available following a successful onboarding period, with a combination of office-based, estate agency, and home-working days.
Candidates must be willing and able to travel regularly throughout the Chelmsford, Brentwood and Billericay areas and should live within a reasonable commuting distance.
