Are you a dental nurse looking for more than just your next nursing position?
The Dental Abode is a growing, friendly and forward-thinking specialist orthodontic and dental practice in Chelmsford, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Dental / Orthodontic Nurse to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis.
We are particularly interested in someone who enjoys working with patients, has good reception and administrative skills, and would like the opportunity to develop their career and take on greater responsibility over time.
Our practice provides specialist orthodontics, Invisalign, fixed braces, general dentistry, periodontics and dental implants, giving the successful candidate exposure to a varied and interesting clinical environment. This could be the start of a much bigger career with us.
We actively encourage progression and would love to meet candidates who are ambitious and interested in developing into areas such as:
*Orthodontic nursing
*Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
*Orthodontic Therapy
*Dental Hygiene, through the appropriate further education and qualifications
*Practice administration
*Reception and patient coordination
*Compliance and clinical coordination
*Team leadership and management

We would love to hear from you if you are:
*A qualified Dental Nurse or experienced Orthodontic Nurse
*Friendly, caring and confident with patients
*Experienced or comfortable working on reception
*Organised and reliable with good communication skills
*Comfortable with computers, telephone enquiries and administration
*Positive, proactive and willing to learn
*Interested in orthodontics and modern dentistry
*Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive team
*Ambitious and interested in developing professionally
Previous orthodontic experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate, as training and support can be provided.
Both full-time and part-time applications are welcome, and we are happy to discuss working patterns with suitable candidates.
