Full job descriptionThis highly regarded Merseyside based practice are seeking a qualified conveyancer to join their residential property team and work on a full load of residential matters.*High Quality conveyancing

You will be handling a caseload of c.100 files which you’ll be managing from inception to completion, and you’ll be expected to deal with a broad range of matters to include sale/purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity, equity release, new builds as well as dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions.

Workinh alongside a team of 20+ lawyers and paralegals with strong support from post completions and remortgage teams. You will be working under a well regarded head of conveyancing with over 20 years experience who will be able to provide any support and supervision if needed. You will be working with clients across the local region as well as nationwide, so will be expected to deal with high value property transactions. Experience of using Proclaim systems is advantageous.

Salary for the position is £40-55k. There is a fantastic & achievable bonus scheme in place that is based on NET billings per month. Once you have hit your target, you will automatically receive a £100 bonus and on top of that you will earn 15% of all billings above target.
