Corus Consultancy is expanding its Education Recruitment Division!

Following our appointment as an approved supplier on the APUC PFB1048AP Framework, we are looking to recruit an ambitious, experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven recruiter with at least 12 months’ experience in education recruitment who is looking to take ownership of a 360 recruitment desk, develop new business and maximise their earning potential through a genuinely uncapped commission structure.

With an established recruitment business behind you and opportunities to develop relationships with schools, academies and Multi-Academy Trusts, you will have the platform to build a successful and profitable desk.

The Role

A 360 Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client relationship management through to candidate sourcing, placement and ongoing account management.

Key Responsibilities
*Develop new business opportunities with primary and secondary schools, academies and Multi-Academy Trusts.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client accounts.
*Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from identifying vacancies to placing suitable candidates.
*Source, interview and register qualified teachers, teaching assistants and other education professionals.
*Manage a candidate database, building a strong pipeline of available and qualified education staff.
*Generate new vacancies through proactive business development, telephone sales, networking and client visits.
*Negotiate fees, pay rates and terms of business with clients and candidates.
*Manage placements, compliance, bookings and ongoing client and candidate relationships.
*Achieve agreed individual revenue, activity and business development targets.
*Identify opportunities to expand Corus Consultancy’s presence across the education sector.
About You

We are looking for a confident, commercially minded recruiter who can demonstrate a successful track record in education recruitment and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Essential Requirements
*Minimum 1 year’s experience in education recruitment.
*Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role, including business development and candidate management.
*A proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new business.
*Experience recruiting within primary, secondary or SEND education.
*Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
*A self-motivated, target-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
*A professional and consultative approach to working with schools and candidates.
Salary & Benefits*£40,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
*Uncapped commission structure with no ceiling on your earning potential.
