Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday + 1 Saturday (once every 3 weeks)

How you’ll make an impact
*Support customers with their insurance renewals, providing clear guidance and ensuring they have the right level of cover for their needs.
*Create and process renewal quotations, discussing policy options and any changes to cover while always putting the customer’s interests first.
*Make and answer calls from customers and clients to gather information, provide updates, and help resolve any questions or concerns.
*Deliver a smooth and positive customer experience, leaving customers feeling valued and confident in our products and service.
*Build strong relationships with customers, encouraging retention through excellent service and proactive support.
*Balance multiple tasks at the same time, using a range of systems while working as part of a supportive, friendly, and agile team.


About you


*No previous insurance experience required
*Ability to explain complex language in simple terms, either in writing and/or over the phone
*Attention to detail because you’ll need to accurately review and assess documentation
*Empathy and the ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with customers
*Customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers throughout
*Computer literate
