Our client is a well established organisation in Derbyshire.
Description
*Manage credit control activity to keep customer account information accurate and current.
*Review outstanding balances and follow up on payments in a timely manner.
*Maintain clear records of customer contact, payment updates and account queries.
*Investigate account discrepancies and work towards practical resolutions.
*Update finance records accurately to support reliable reporting.
*Respond to customer queries professionally and provide clear information on balances.
*Work with the Accounting & Finance department to resolve payment-related issues.
Profile
A successful ’Credit Controller’ should have:
*Experience of credit control and managing outstanding customer balances.
*The ability to maintain accurate financial records and payment information.
*Confidence investigating account queries and discrepancies.
*A clear and professional approach to communicating with customers.
*Good attention to detail when updating finance systems and records.
*The ability to organise tasks effectively within a temporary Credit Controller role.
Job Offer
*Temporary Credit Controller contract in Derby (but can work from home)
*Hourly pay of £14 to £17, dependent on the level of experience.
