My client is a well established yet growing manufacturing company that due to an exciting period of IT change and growth are looking for a proven "hands on" IT Manager.
The IT manager will have a proven IT Infrastructure background with a broad range of technical skill across technology such as Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Security etc. (M365, Sharepoint, Intune, Entra, SonicWall, UniFi, Dell Servers, Freshdesk, Cyber Essentials)


As IT manager you will be responsible for the delivery, support, security and ongoing improvement of the businesses technology services. The IT manager will be working closely with the Head of IT to deliver IT projects, oversee operational support, strengthen cybersecurity, manage specialist suppliers, develop junior team members and help the business adopt technology and AI safely and effectively.
This opportunity would be perfect for an existing "hands on" / Techie IT manager looking for a fresh challenge where their ideas will be listened to and where they can have a real impact, or someone withing IT Managed Services / Consultancy that is at a stage where they would like to take ownership and develop and single environment and see the fruits of their labour develop. Genuine opportunity to get hands on in projects work around Cloud, Networking, Security and how AI can advance and develop the business further.
This role is based onsite in Coventry with occasional visits to a couple of other sites within the UK.
