Full job descriptionMortgage and Protection Administrator - Chalfont St Peter - £30,000 to £32,000
Must have experience in the field of Mortgage and Protection Administration.
Must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute.
Mortgage and Protection Administrator Benefits:
*Basic £30,000 - £32,000
*Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (can be flexible)
*Potential for 1 day working from home
Mortgage and Protection Administrator Responsibilities:
*Answer the phone to clients
*Reply and manage the mortgage application process for a client from start to finish
*Submit and process mortgage and protection applications
*Reconcile the SCORE (formerly ACRE) business system used for compliance, client engagement and client/mortgage fee reconciliation
*Chasing mortgage and protection providers
*Liaising with underwriters and admin teams
Mortgage and Administrator required Skills:
*Must have experience in the field of Mortgage and ProtectionAdministration
*SCORE business system experience would be beneficial (not essential)
*A good customer approach and manner
*Very strong attention to detail
*Ability to communicate well with clients
*High service levels and client satisfaction are very important
