Full job descriptionMy Edinburgh based client are currently hiring for an experienced Due Diligence Analyst to join their team on a 9- 12 months fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join a well established business and have an immediate impact on business resilience and effectiveness.
In this role you will be responsible for:
*Assisting client with AML/KYC reviews
*Ensuring that all business files are compliant with CFT requirements
*Reviewing client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with group and regulatory guidelines (including FCA expectations)
*Working with investment teams to ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate
*Perform risk analysis and review to gauge CDD risk factors
*Manage risk trackers and update management with regard to business and risk changes
*Ensure all targets and deadlines are met within the risk tracker
Relevant skills for this role include:
*Strong working knowledge of AML/CDD requirements
*Ideally ICA qualified with substantial experience within AML
*Ability to work under your own initiative and own task to completion
*Experience of working with MS and in house investments platforms
*Understanding of current AML/CFT industry best practice
