Full job descriptionAre you an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive seeking a new challenge with an established law firm? The Role: Litigation Solicitor. *Managing a varied caseload of predominantly civil litigation matters.
*Handling a significant volume of property disputes, acting for investors and developers nationwide.
*Dealing with debt recovery and collection matters.
*Advising clients across a wider range of civil litigation matters.
*Undertaking some light commercial litigation where required.
*Handling professional negligence claims would be advantageous.
*Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong billing performance.
*Working collaboratively with the existing team and contributing to the growth of the department.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FILEX) with at least 4 years’ PQE in dispute resolution, with strong experience in property litigation and debt recovery.
You will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, a proactive approach and the ability to manage a busy workload within a pressurised environment.
Please note the department does not deal with personal injury, medical negligence or contested probate matters.
