Location: Saxmundham
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Working Hours:
45 hours per week (equivalent to 47.5 hours across 5 days, including a 30-minute unpaid break each day).
Shifts will be worked across weekdays, weekends, evenings, Bank Holidays and key operational event days, in line with the rota and business requirements. Flexibility is therefore essential.
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy General Manager to join an award-winning hotel in Saxmundham.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all hotel operations. You will help maintain exceptional operational standards and deliver an outstanding guest experience at all times.
The successful candidate will take day-to-day management responsibility for the hotel, proactively leading and supporting the team across all operational areas. This is a hands-on position requiring a strong leader who is willing to work alongside the team while driving service excellence and business performance.
