Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a varied generalist role where you can make a real impact? We’re looking for a confident and approachable Human Resources Officer to provide practical HR advice and support across the organisation, while helping us deliver an accurate and effective HR and payroll service.
What you’ll be doing

You’ll maintain accurate employee records within our HR systems, produce workforce reports and people data analytics, and provide meaningful insights that support workforce planning and organisational decision-making. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing development of HR policies, procedures and people practices.

You’ll have excellent attention to detail and understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality and GDPR compliance. You’ll be proactive, collaborative and comfortable managing competing priorities and working to deadlines.
