Robert Walters is delighted to be partnering with a fantastic national organisation in the search for an HR Advisor to join their collaborative and supportive HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships with managers, providing practical people advice, and making a genuine impact across a growing business. The RoleAs an HR Advisor, you’ll partner closely with managers across the organisation, providing guidance and support on a broad range of employee relations matters, not limited to disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance and other people related queries.


You’ll be confident interpreting employment legislation and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice to support managers in making informed decisions.
This role offers much more than ER casework. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of HR projects and organisational improvement initiatives, while working collaboratively with the Learning & Development team to help drive engagement, capability, and continuous improvement across the business.
