Working as part of an established UK and EMEA customer service team, you will build relationships with international customers, dealers, account managers and logistics partners, ensuring orders are managed accurately from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
The role offers structured training, hybrid working after probation and opportunities for long-term career development.
The Role
You will be a key point of contact for international customers and dealers, taking ownership of quotations, orders, export administration and delivery coordination.
You will need to be organised, commercially aware and proactive, able to manage changing priorities while maintaining excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
*Process and manage international quotations and sales orders from enquiry through to fulfilment.
*Support customers and dealers across the Middle East, Mediterranean and Africa.
*Maintain accurate customer, pricing, stock, delivery and order information.
*Monitor the order book and proactively address issues or delays.
*Prepare and validate export documentation for international shipments.
*Coordinate Ex Works logistics and high-volume shipments.
*Liaise with customers, dealers, freight partners, account managers, production, warehousing and despatch.
*Provide accurate information on products, pricing, stock availability, lead times and delivery arrangements.
*Manage enquiries and take ownership of customer issues through to resolution.
*Maintain CRM, ERP and internal system records.
*Support account managers with specifications, quotations and orders.
*Identify opportunities to improve processes and the international customer experience.
Skills and Experience
You should be based within a realistic commuting distance of Birmingham and comfortable working from the office during probation.
Essential:
*Experience in international B2B customer service, order management, export administration, sales support or dealer support.
*Hands-on experience managing international customer orders through to delivery.
*Practical experience preparing or processing export documentation.
*Experience raising quotations and processing sales orders.
*Understanding of international order management and internal coordination.
*Confident written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities without compromising accuracy.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Experience using ERP, CRM or order management systems.
*Commercial awareness and confidence communicating with customers and dealers.
*A calm, proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and follow tasks through.
Desirable:
*Experience coordinating Ex Works shipments or working with freight forwarders.
*Experience supporting customers across multiple international markets, particularly MEA.
*Knowledge of JD Edwards, Salesforce, Oracle or similar systems.
*Background in commercial interiors, flooring, furniture, building products, manufacturing, distribution or logistics.
Full systems training will be provided.
The Person
You will be commercially aware, internationally minded and genuinely committed to delivering excellent customer service.
You will be methodical, reliable and confident building relationships across different departments, countries and cultures. You will also demonstrate initiative, resilience and a positive attitude when dealing with changing priorities and shipment challenges.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 3–6 months, you will:
*Become an established member of the MEA and EMEA customer service team.
*Develop a strong understanding of the products, customers, systems and order processes.

*Health Cash Plan and access to an on-site gym.
*Full product and systems training.
*Supportive, internationally connected team.
