Full job descriptionRobert Half Technology have partnered with an innovative global agricultural technology business to recruit a Junior Data Analyst on a short-term contract basis. 4 weeks’ work. Fully office-based - London - 5 days per week.
Role
*The Junior Data Analyst will support the implementation of a new HR system, Factorial HR.
*Assist with the migration of existing employee and contractor data into the new system.
*Review, organise and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
*Consolidate information currently held across the company intranet, employee folders and various other storage locations.
*Identify missing information, duplicate records and data inconsistencies.
*Carry out data entry and general administration to prepare information for the new system.
*Ensure all employee records, contracts and HR documentation are organised ahead of the January go-live.
Profile
*Previous experience in data entry, data administration or data cleansing.
*Experience supporting data migration or system implementations would be advantageous.
*Exposure to HR systems, ideally Factorial HR, would be highly beneficial.
*Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to handling data.
*Confident working with Excel spreadsheets, databases and large volumes of information.
*Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
*Available at short notice and able to commit to the full contract.
