A fantastic interim opportunity to join a large public sector organisation leading a portfolio of high-profile HR projects focused on governance, compliance, contract modernisation and organisational risk management.
You’ll provide senior-level expertise across a range of complex people projects, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, governance requirements and organisational policies. Working with senior stakeholders across the business, you’ll drive key initiatives forward, manage project risks and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.


Description


*Lead HR-related project activity across governance, compliance and contract modernisation
*Provide expert advice on employment law and associated organisational impacts
*Manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making
*Identify, assess and mitigate organisational risks
*Ensure robust governance processes and compliance requirements are met
*Deliver multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining pace and quality

You’ll be an experienced senior HR professional with a strong understanding of employment law, governance and organisational compliance. You’ll be comfortable operating in complex environments, managing competing priorities and influencing senior stakeholders to achieve results.
